A Silver Lining at Silverhome Manor

Victoria and Neil's wedding in Windermere this April was a truly unforgettable celebration of love that transformed a refreshing drizzle into a heavenly mist of beautiful memories. The couple's infectious cheer and laughter warmed the hearts of their guests and created a delightful atmosphere at the picturesque Silverhome Manor. The vivid red and green colour scheme perfectly complemented the vast openness of the venue, setting the stage for a magical day.

As guests moved on to the cocktail hour, they were met with glasses of bubbly, delectable canapés & Elfairs' harp setting the tone for a night of indulgence. The laughter & conversation flowed as effortlessly as the yummy drinks, and everyone enjoyed the warm and celebratory atmosphere.

Victoria's hair & makeup, done by the talented Lucy who tied Victoria's vibrant look with the colour theme and gave Victoria a chic bridal ponytail that suited both her day and night gown, further enhancing her natural beauty. Kerry from thefloristry.co.uk provided the stunning flowers that adorned the venue, as well as the gorgeous wedding cake, tying everything together with elegance and grace.

The food at the reception, provided by Karen Rhodes catering, was a feast for the senses. Succulent pork belly was cooked to perfection as our entrée that was preceded a salmon or prawn starter. The delicious meal was a testament to the skill and attention to detail of the catering team, who ensured a memorable dining experience for all.

The evening celebrations featured Stuart Picton as the live entertainment that had everyone on their feet, dancing and enjoying the night. Another highlight of the evening was an incredible fireworks display, lighting up the sky and creating a magical backdrop for the unforgettable day. As the night progressed, a pizza oven was set up by Chris from Pizza Escape, offering delicious sourdough pizza as a late-night snack, ensuring that no guest went hungry.
